The third session of this year's Canton Fair focused on consumer goods such as food, daily necessities, and home furnishings. 全球休闲食品消费结构持续升级,饼干行业迎来全新发展格局,健康化成为核心刚需。据饼干行业研究报告,预计2025至2032年全球饼干市场将以5.97%的复合增速持续增长,到2032年市场规模将达14045.69亿元。从全球范围来看,健康零食市场呈现出快速增长的趋势。数据显示,过去五年中,健康零食的市场渗透率从2019至2020年的27%增长到了2023至2024年的32%。

According to a research report on the biscuit industry, it is expected that the global biscuit market will continue to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 5.97% from 2025 to 2032, and the market size will reach 1404.569 billion yuan by 2032. From a global perspective, the healthy snack market is showing a rapid growth trend. Data shows that in the past five years, the market penetration rate of healthy snacks has increased from 27% in 2019-2020 to 32% in 2023-2024.
